Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. At Eden's Forge, we operate on a Final Sale basis. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse. This includes changes of mind, ordering the wrong variant by mistake, or finding a different price elsewhere. Please ensure all items in your cart are correct before finalizing your purchase.

2. Exceptions for Damaged or Incorrect Items The only instances in which a return or exchange will be authorized are:

Damaged or Defective Goods: The item arrived broken or with a manufacturing defect.

Order Errors: The item received is fundamentally different from the item listed on your order confirmation (e.g., wrong size, color, or product shipped by our warehouse).

3. Reporting a Claim If your situation meets the criteria above, you must contact our support team at artificers@edensforge.com within 72 hours of the delivery date. To process your claim, please include:

Your Order Number.

Clear photos of the shipping label and the damaged/incorrect item.

4. Non-Returnable Items & Exchanges Aside from the exceptions noted in Section 2, all other items are strictly non-returnable. We do not offer "trial periods" or exchanges for different styles. If an exchange is granted due to our error, it will be for the exact item originally ordered, subject to stock availability.

5. Refunds Refunds are only issued if a replacement for a damaged or incorrect item is unavailable. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
