Eden's Forge Shipping Policy
At Eden's Forge, our goal is to provide a seamless delivery experience. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Domestic Shipping Only
Currently, Eden's Forge only ships to addresses within the United States [and US Territories/APO/FPO addresses, if applicable]. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Processing & Handling
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.
Shipping Confirmation: You will receive a second email with your tracking number once the order has been handed to the carrier.
Disclaimer: While we strive to meet all processing deadlines, Eden's Forge is not liable for delays caused by carrier service interruptions, severe weather, or high-volume peak seasons.
3. Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard Shipping: 3-5 Business Days
Express Shipping: 1-3 Business Days
4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Please ensure the address provided is eligible for delivery by [UPS/FedEx/USPS]. We are not responsible for orders that are returned to us due to an undeliverable P.O. Box address.
5. Damages and Missing Shipments
We take great care in packaging your items, but we understand that mishaps can happen during transit.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, it is covered under our Return Policy. To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damaged item and the packaging.
Lost in Transit: Eden's Forge is not liable for any products lost during shipping once they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If your tracking indicates "Delivered" but you cannot find the package, please contact the carrier directly to open an investigation.
Inaccurate Information: We are not responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer at checkout.
6. Order Interruption
Once an order has been processed and a tracking number issued, we are unable to cancel or redirect the shipment. If you entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately at artificers@edensforge.com; however, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once the fulfillment process has begun.
